Achutha Bachalli K.

Chairman

An IT and software industry veteran with over 3 decades of business experience, Achutha founded Unilog Content Solutions , Unilog is a global technology company specializing in e-commerce and product data management in the B2B marketplace. Their flagship product is CIMM2, a software platform designed to facilitate commerce and communication between businesses. Under his leadership, Unilog has grown from small technology start up to becoming one of the top five e-commerce solution providers. Achutha holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering. As a Chairman and Chief Advisor of Infopine, Achutha assists the leadership team in setting realistic, obtainable goals. His advices activates the skills of the leadership team within their current role and helps groom them for their next. He assists team to produce high quality decisions that define them, their authority and their effectiveness. He provides Infopine a confidential sounding board, thinking room, and support for working through crucial and often complex decisions. His advices has been instrumental for Infopine’s success.

Manu V.

Chief Executive Officer

Manu Venkataramu is the CEO of Infopine. With 10 plus years of global diversified experience; Manu has been instrumental in building and scaling Infopine’s businesses. He is a strategic thinker and leader with deep understanding of the market and customers’ business, technology, processes and systems. Manu has worked with many global companies like Dr Reddy Labs, Norgine, Cyberonics and Shell. As a CEO his role is to design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures, set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, establish policies that promote company culture and vision, oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives, lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication, evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. He holds an MBA and a degree in Computer Science Engineering. Currently based out of Mysore.

Todd Morgan

Chief Growth Officer

Todd Morgan is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse industry experience, primarily focused on textiles. His extensive career includes leadership roles in sales, strategic sourcing, continuous improvement, and product development at prominent companies such as Tempur-Sealy, International Textile Group (Cone Denim/Burlington Industries), Elevate Textiles, and American Tire Distributors. Holding a BS in Textile Engineering from NC State and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Todd is also recognized for his innovative contributions with multiple design patents. His broad expertise and proven track record make him a valuable asset in driving growth and excellence in the textile industry.

Chief Technology Officer

Mahaveer is the CTO of Infopine. He holds diversified experience of 10 plus years working with multiple emerging technologies. Mahaveer has been instrumental in building and scaling Infopine’s Delivery Model. He is a strategic thinker and leader with deep understanding of the market and customers’ business, technology, processes and systems. As a CTO he maintains current knowledge of technology landscape and developments, represents the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions, monitor technology performance metrics and consolidates Infopine’s technology platforms and create plans for each. He holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Srinath Adhoni

With 30+ years of IT experience, including 20+ years in India, Singapore, and Malaysia, Srinath Adhoni excels in delivering innovative solutions across industries like Healthcare, Airlines, Manufacturing, and Textiles. Notable achievements include leading Singapore Airlines’ e-commerce initiatives and contributing to Singapore’s National Electronic Health Records (NEHR) project.

An expert in Data Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehousing, and multi-platform solutions, Srinath combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise to drive digital transformation. His strong foundation in Accounts, Commerce, and Auditing further solidifies his role as a trusted advisor for modern enterprises.
