Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proven experience with Ruby on Rails in building backend APIs and services.
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using React.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git and other tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and front-end performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
