Business Analyst

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementation within the textile industry.
  • Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ITexClouds, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for on-site implementations and client interactions.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and industry-specific regulatory requirements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee ERP implementation projects within the textile industry.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, aligning ERP functionalities with industry-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and business analysts to enhance ERP solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders for effective ERP adoption.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve product offerings.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure successful product rollout.
  • Drive product innovation by identifying pain points and suggesting improvements.
  • Develop documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
