Email Campaign Specialist

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in email campaign execution, preferably for B2B tech/SaaS companies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, ZohoCamapigns, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
  • Knowledge of email automation, CRM integration, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of tracking setup, UTMs, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Ability to create campaign performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, content, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and deploy email marketing campaigns tailored to different buyer stages and personas.
  • Segment lists and develop targeted workflows for automated, personalized email journeys.
  • Monitor KPIs including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and bounce rates.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems using email platforms, Google Analytics, and UTMs.
  • Generate detailed campaign performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Continuously refine subject lines, content, CTAs, and frequency based on A/B testing and insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for lead feedback and with the content/design team for asset creation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain clean mailing lists.
